Marty Russell Franck Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Marty Russell Franck, 55 died July 22, 2013 at Queen of the Valley Hospital following a short illness. The Napa native graduated from Napa High School in June of 1976. He was a gifted athlete and sportsman and excelled in both football and baseball; earning numerous awards and trophies. Although friends and family were very proud of his accomplishments, Marty was simply humbled by his achievements. He was employed with the State of California for 30 years. Marty's greatest joy was spending time with family and friends; he lived and loved life to the fullest. Marty is survived by his loving wife, Tami Rene Norton Franck, his brothers Gus J. Franck (Marie), Daniel P. Franck (Karen), David J. Franck (Karen) and Randal Franck. He leaves three wonderful loving sons; Tyler, Ryan and Mychal Franck and two caring stepchildren, Kyle & Bailie Ecker. He is also survived by three aunts; Cecil Hiermeier Giometti, Rosella Hiermeier Tholberg, and Linda Hiermeier, and several loving nieces and nephews. Also surviving are his "Best Man" and "Best Friend", his cousin Michael Giometti (Stacey) and loving Goddaughter, Kortney C. Bollock.
